♡ Rental instructions ♡

*** There is clear information located on the white door once you walk inside! Please make sure to read over everything before beginning your rental session!***

1. You will need to take photos of before AND after using the studio. Please text them to 616.836.0869. Please put things back when you are done, where you found them. 

2. This is a SHOE FREE Space. 

If shoes are NEW, they may stay on. Please just be mindful of extra cleaning fees for dirty floors or dirtying of furniture that could be charged to you.

3. Feel free to use the Bluetooth speaker that is located right inside the door near the couch. Hook up instructions is located on the speaker. 

4. There are lots of props in the other room, you are more than welcome to use. But please, DO NOT go into the private office area that is surrounded by a boho wall divider. 

5. You are allowed 15 minutes to set up and tear down if needed before and after your session!!

6. You will be charged an extra $10.00 if using the seamless paper backdrops. If damage is done, a minimum amount will be $20  charge. Please let us know if that is something you would like to use.  If you need a ladder for the seamless backdrop, you'll find it in the Restroom! 

7. If you are doing a Smash Cake, there is a clear plastic protector roll that is located in the Restroom!

8. For all LED lights to be turned on, please see video attached below if you cannot remember directions from your tour.

9. When your session time is done, please sweep up and turn all lights off, and put all items away before locking up and returning the key.
