If you're wanting those window shadows that cast onto the walls and make it look warm and cozy, the best times are:

SUNRISE through 3 hours past sunrise, and then 3.5 hours - 45 min prior to SUNSET (example... Sunset is at 7:00pm, best time would be 3:30pm-6:15pm)

If it's a sunny day, there will be sun in the Studio throughout the WHOLE day! Sun Rays will appear in the white corner early afternoons!

Yes! We have assistance bars, and no steps!

Yes!! We offer a wide variety of props and furniture. Our style blends boho, farmhouse, and modern elements seamlessly. The best part? We keep the space as a blank canvas, allowing you to personalize each session exactly how you envision it. If there's a specific setup you love, we're happy to prepare it for you in advance. Otherwise, the studio is yours to customize however you like in order to create the perfect space! Just make sure after you're done, to sweep up before heading out!

Yes. Pets are ONLY allowed if they are included in your session. Otherwise, please leave them at home. However, there are some rules and regulations that we ask everyone to respect. If that cannot be done, you will not be allowed to bring your pet again. 

DOGS .... Dogs will be allowed but paws will NEED to be CLEAN, 100% house broke, and only off-leash IF they stay by the owner the whole time. No wandering. This is not a house. 

RABBITS/CHICKS .... They will be allowed but need to stay right next to client or owner while being pet and used. If not being used at a certain time, will need to stay in a pen of some sort. Accidents can be cleaned up with paper towels, baby wipes, or Sani wipes that are in Restroom.

OTHER .... If this is an animal other than what has already been listed, please contact us with specifics of what kind of animal it is. 

Yes! We just ask that you clean up after yourself! Any damage to furniture or flooring/walls will be fixed by the renter. There is a clear color protector located in the bathroom. Please clean it when you are done. 

Yes! We have black, white, and tan! We want to get more colors so stay tuned for an announcement when we will be getting them! However, if you'd like to use them, there will be an extra $10 fee. We will be adding a fully system to one of the walls with the paper rolls on it, but that will be in the next few months so stay tuned. 

Absolutely! Our backyard is free to use! Props can be moved outside, but we ask to have all props back to its original state after use. Any damage will be charged to the renter.
