Please follow these steps below to book!
Contract & Photo ID
Fill out the contract below.
Once you have filled out the contract once, you will not be required to fill it out every time you rent it!
Fill out, and EMAIL it along with a photo of your ID, to goldenviewstudio24@gmail.com
A contract is available for your clients to sign informing them about damaged property they might of caused, reliability of injuries or accidents and more.
If they do not sign this, you will be reliable for ALL potential issues that could occur during your session.
